Help me come up with some magics

Good evening everybody! This is Aifos coming to you alive from underneath the Great Tree! Its leaves are blue! [b]BLUE![/b] It's totally rad. But anyway, more to the point, as many of you probably know, I am a bit of a writer. My current project (at least until I get my peer reviews back for my other project) revolves around magic. Now, I've already made all of the rules and limitations for the magic system, but now it's time to make the actual spells! And that's where you come in! I need spells! All kinds of spells! Big spells, little spells, weird spells, op spells, whatever ya got! Now, there are a few rules to mention first; 1. No necromancy. There is no raising the dead in this story. 2. No ritualistic magic. While I might make some magic rituals, I'm looking for spells that'd be cast in the heat of combat. 3. No spells that affect the soul, or involve absorbing energy into the body. 4. While I am looking for some big overpowered spells, nothing on the level that'd affect the whole world or anything ridiculous like that. 5. No time magic. 6. Spells cannot affect the victims directly. So nothing like bloodbending, or suddenly crippling the opponent. Affects must be more indirect, such as shooting a fireball, and that fireball hitting someone in the face. Now, I've mentioned I've already got the rules of my magic system in place, but I'm not gonna share them with you. Don't worry, though, I'll do the work of fitting them into the magic system, so you don't need to worry about mana cost or anything like that. Just tell me the fun stuff about how the spells works once it's cast! Also, some spells will require long incantations (ex: [i]"Huxar fi constuffia! Huxar hasla hagot schluvina! Rot cavoya nin feultay! Lo fesi jovali!"[/i]), so if you have any of those, I'd love to hear them. Thanks in advance! [b][u]Tl;dr? Here's my point[/b][/u] I need magic spells. Gimme magic spells.     Triptych - Cast the next spell three times at once (three projectiles instead of one, three times as much healing etc.) Laser pointer - temporarily create a simple shape (letter, arrow, dot etc) on a surface that only you and those in your favour can see. Blind as a Bat - distorts the light within a given area, severely blurring vision so that anyone inside is unable to distinguish enemies from allies.

Circle of Polymorph Turns anything that enters the circle into a flying sheep Explosion of Spirits An explosion of alcohol Meteorisade Summons a rain of meteors Matosade Summons a rain of worms Passive Spells Energy Shield Summons a shield that blocks one projectile Utility Spells All-Seeing Eye See all things nearby, unless obscured by magic Spells to Acid Turns all magic in the area into deadly acid Blood to Power A spell gains additional power at the cost of 20% HP Mana to Power Uses the rest of your mana to supercharge a spell Projectile Modifiers (can be cast on other people’s spells) Fireball Orbit Makes four fireballs orbit the spell Boomerang Makes a projectile return to caster Personal Lightning Caster Makes a spell randomly shoot out lightning Quantum Split Splits a spell into 3 entangled projectiles, if one hits, all disappear. Accelerating Shot Projectile speeds up until it hits Material Spells Circle of Acid Summons a growing circle of acid Touch of ____ Causes anything within the area of affect to turn into a material of the casters choosing… including the caster.

              Teleport yourself a certain distance away and conjure a lifelike copy of yourself in your place. The copy cannot move or attack, and both the health of the copy and the distance you travel is determined on the amount of magica you choose to spend or have left (less magica = less powerful, obviously) Will add more if I think of any

                What about some sort of conjuring spell that lets you instantly and accurately (with practice) recreate anything that has an image? Like, say you were reading a book and there was a picture of a plate of food, a sword or even a dragon. You cast the spell and boom, the thing that was in the picture is now physically there. [spoiler]Too basic? I feel like you're going to say it's too basic.[/spoiler]

                    • An illusion spell that you cast on your weapon, making multiple copies of it around the real one (Kind of like the Illisioner from Minecraft and the Brain of Cthulhu’s final phase in Terraria). Your enemy wouldn’t be able to figure out which weapon is the real one before it’s too late!

                      • "Death From Above!" (exclamation mark included) Requires you to shout the name of the spell and point at the sky. Creates a small rift directly underneath a target through which another spell can be cast.

                        • Thermal bomb, send a bolt of heat energy along the ground towards the target to set them on fire. The target explodes on death while burning, damaging nearby targets. Pain, summon and hurl a bunch of buzz saws at the enemy. May trigger PTSD flashbacks to a certain palace. [spoiler]this one is more of joke that I'm sure you get.[/spoiler] Razor hail, throw a ball of ice at the target like a grenade. Ice shards rain down near the point of impact. Power within, if you've played dark souls, you know how it works. Reflect, generates an electromagnetic field that can catch projectiles almost like a vortex shield and throw them back. Blade storm, imagine fighting 10 markoths at the same time. [spoiler]joke.[/spoiler] Crush, magnetize an enemy's armor with an electric charge strong enough to create an electromagnetic field to deal heavy damage. Effectiveness varies by the target's armor composition and how much armor they're wearing. May put significant stress on the user.

                            If anyone's curious, here are the translated spells I've decided to use thus far. [quote]-Transmutation (Staff only): Transform an object into another. Follows the laws of equivalent exchange; "if you wish to gain something, something of equal value must be given in return".[/quote] [quote]-Tongue of the Crow (Wands & Staves): Hear the thoughts of birds. Trained birds can be used as spies.[/quote] [quote]-Flare (Wands & Staves): Creates a bright flash of light, that blinds everyone in the surrounding area.[/quote] [quote]-Flare-Shield (Wands & Staves): If cast before Flare, can keep you from being blinded by its affects.[/quote] [quote]-Blizzard Shard (Staves only): Fire a spiked ball of ice at the target. If it hits, it bursts into several smaller ice shards, which swirl around the target like a blizzard.[/quote] [quote]-Electric Trail (Staves only): Create an electric current on the ground, that travels along the ground, and seeks out the nearest enemy, for a taser-like shock.[/quote] [quote]-Pyrokinesis Lite (Wands & Staves): Create a fireball that orbits the caster. Can be used for distractions. While not an offensive spell, the Spirit Flowers usually have a lot of information to share, though it often comes at a cost.[/quote] [quote]-Spirit Rain (60%): Open up several Spirit World portals, and begin raining weapon constructs from them. Since they are constructed at a distance, weapon constructs are weaker than those created via Conjure. Unlike Conjure, weapon constructs usually dissipate before they can be used as a Chaos reserve.[/quote] [quote]-Telewarp (50%): Create a pair of portals. Once they are placed, they can be moved around at will, or consumed for an emergency reserve of Chaos (10% each). If they move too far apart from one another, they will dissipate. Anything that goes in one portal will come out the other--including other spells.[/quote] [quote]-Chaos Breath (60%): The caster transforms the ground around them into a burning pool of acid. The acid can be disposed of by any nearby Witch, and used as an extra Chaos reserve in the process (40%).[/quote]

                              •Cast a familiar that boosts magic of allies, but only by a little since you cast it fast. It would be a small creature, but it’s made of smoke and can’t fight •One that messes up the castor’s body, and ruins the mind. However, it gives the castor unbelievable powers. -However, this spell is irreversible -Might take a little longer to cast than you are looking for, maybe like a minute at the least. -Each castor that has used this “forbidden spell” is never the same looking as another -castors gain better physical properties and are crazy fast and powerful, but can’t use advanced magic. Simple spells, however, are more powerful than they normally would be -usually grow extra limbs, and gain better senses, perhaps even more eyes or ears or such •shapeshift. Very painful though •lose eyesight for a time, but other sense are increased by a lot •become a ticking bomb of electricity, but no harm comes to you besides a few minor burns •summon weapon of reasonable size and power •truesight. Can see through walls, but lose eyesight for double amount of time that you use it for. Can’t use for too long •heal others, but hurts castor in the process. Eg: if someone’s arm got a bad cut, you could heal them but you would get the cut instead. If their arm is torn off, you can heal them, but only if you were skilled enough and in return your arm would lose just as much flesh, or maybe just some if you are [i]really[/i] skilled •deafen. It would cause an area around you to be absent of noise. The time required to make it expire depends on the castor •Submit. Submit low intelligent creature to your will for a short time. These creatures will become hostile to you when you are done using them, unless you have a good connection with them. •Possess. If a person or other high intelligent or creature lets you control them you can do so. -your body goes into a trance and falls asleep. -when you return to to your body, you are pretty tired (depending on the size of the host and duration of possession) -the rules for low intelligent creature possession is the same as the last spell’s rules as well as this Spell’s rules Lol that was fun

                              • [b]Summon Robotic Beholder[/b]- Contrary to the spells name, this actually summons a guy who promises to give you a robotic beholder. But, it only leads to disappointment, as the guy doesn’t follow through. Ok, I will actually make more real spells when I have more time later.

                                  Converting inanimate objects into other inanimate objects, like turning your totally normal wristwatch into a steel knife! I thought of this randomly as a cool superpower earlier in the day. Nothing big, like melting the world, but just a quick way to give yourself a weapon or get rid of your enemies’. It also wouldn’t affect living things and the size must stay relatively the same which is why I say knife instead of sword.

Let's see here... 1) Well there goes a good chunk of my spellbook. 2) Aaand another chunk! 3) Okay now I'm starting to take this personally. 4) That's pretty much what I'd consider OP, but understandable. 5) You people and your time magic exclusions, rude, honestly. Temporal anomalies to enhance or reduce speed are fun! 6) So no turning people into toads either? Ugh. Best I can do is [i]Vomits Spiders[/i], you vomit a swarm of Spiders at someone. It's hilarious, one of the best ways to be rid of a fool, aside from evisceration!

                                          • [i]Warp[/i] This magical spell allows you to "blink" through space. Can be used for mobility, getting close to somebodies face, or to quickly dash away from an attack from an opponent. [i]Bombs Away!!![/i] This spell sucks all magic around you (like from trees, animals, and even people) forming a "Magical Grenade". Throwing this at somebody makes them go BOOM! and of it does not hit them, all that magic is funneled back into your "magic reserves" so you can use it for later. [i]Redirect[/i] If an opponent uses a magical attack against you, you are able to reverse it back to them. (I.E., they shoot a fireball at you, you take it and throw it at them. Pretty simple) This is all I can think of right now. Hope you like it Afios!

Every round the sphere shrinks in size unless the trapped creature succeeds on a strength check, and every round they fail the creature takes damage from the squishing. [i]Poly's Horrid Heads[/i] A dozen horrid screaming creatures drawn randomly from across space and time appear at the nearest unoccupied spaces around you. The heads are all of varying alignments and intelligence levels(determine separately), so they may be hostile or friendly towards you and your allies.

                                                  “Blood hell” this spell causes the victim to be paralyzed for a few moments. “Skulk’s embrace” this spell casts a reflection of the caster. This reflects only the movements of the caster. “Soul of winter” this spell makes the victim disoriented. “Breath if life” this spell heals the layer of skin over a wound to prevent further damage.
