How does blood hell paralyze them? It's crucial to note I suppose that magic can never affect an opponent directly; you can't reach in and twist up their insides. It needs to be something indirect, such as casting a fireball, and having that fireball hit the opponent in the face. The reflection thing could be cool. I do have to wonder how it would work when everyone mostly just fights with magic, though. The way the magic works, it wouldn't make sense for the double to cast a spell, too. It could make a nice distraction spell, though. Soul of Winter and Breath of Life have the same question as Blood Hell. I guess I should add that "can't affect a person directly" bit into the op. :p
