Of recent, we have seen the increase of Hold to Reload alternative fire modes on weapons, each varying from Elemental type, Firing Mode or now having a Grenade Launcher. I think it's time for the Suros Regime to have Spinning up and Dual Speed to form as one perk, that allows the firing mode to be swapped on the fly on hold Reload, to swap between the two modes, opposed to having two separate perks.
