i know its rng but when i do all the bounties for dreaming city since christmas on two characters and started trying on my third and get every weapon but that one for months something is wrong. This is the best sniper in the game and its seems the majority of ppl got it to drop upon first entering dreaming city and deleted it . I have a dozen every dreaming city weapon but TO WILL NOT DROP. You guys know this is an issue please fix it already. your "service" to this live service game has been abysmal
