Your pre-order for The Final Shape was likely cancelled when The Final Shape was delayed. This would not have prevented you from receiving the original pre-order rewards (emote and Tesseract weapon), but you wouldn't receive the extra rewards that were released somewhat recently (ship and emblem). You'll want to verify that you still have an active pre-order on the PlayStation. If you do have an active pre-order, then I suggest reaching out to Sony for license support. If your pre-order was cancelled due to the delay, you will need to purchase the pre-order again.
