You can't sell a blue car to someone in a showroom and then they drive it for a week and while they sleep one night they send someone to your house to paint the car red and say "oh, yeah, it was supposed to be red, you're SOL". That's fine, if I get banned from Eververse. Bungie just won't get anymore of my money since they don't want to handle it in an actual professional business manner. I run a business, this isn't how you do it.

You realize the law is that it has to be posted in a place where its assumed the majority of the consumers should be able to see and access it. Neither is assuming everyone saw said product in its original state. Clearly you jumped into a topic you know little about. Thats ok though, kids on the internet do that so i understand. In then old days it meant taking out an ad in the major local papers because thats where the majority of citizens got the news. It can also be posted inside of the physical/digital marketplace but the correct thing to do is take defective products off the market until fixed so no further sales go out. All simple fixes. But that's neither here nor there because... Secondly, if you think business reports = court, you are really off the mark with how business are run, reported on, given credit & business scores, etc. No one is going to court over $15 or whatever it was. The odd choice to defend these practices are exactly why modern gaming is how it is. It's like Stockholm Syndrome, like gamers are so used to abusive practices and bad business that they accept & defend all the bad-for-consumer business practices.
