Easy fix for sparrows 2.0
Make always on time a masterworked sparrow.
All exotic sparrows to reach Always On Time speed must be masterworked Just like any exotic armor.
I think this should fix it I am no a coder what do you think?
I have Tons of ascended shards and prisms I can afford it.

Screw that.... just bring back the vog sparrow with the speed boost that blows it up if you use it too much. Add that perk to legendary sparrows, and when summoning sparrows in midair they should no longer nose dive and topple over. They should lad evenly like a cat does on all 4 of its legs.
