Massive FPS drops in public areas...drops from 144 to 30-20fps. Practically unplayable at times. Especially bad in Blinding Well and Altars of Sorrow.

Max settings, vsync off and fps cap set to 144 @ 1440p.
Destiny 2 is the only title I'm having this issue with. All other games run flawlessly even with ray tracing turned on.
