What do you mean solo players not welcome? The reason I asked is because I like to get my light level as high as possible each and every season and most people do not want to do what I do.

It says "exclusively solo players", that means if you play solo ALL of the time you are not welcome. Not much point being in a clan if you play solo ALL of the time right ?

Dude, the point of a clan is to have a group to spend time with on the game. "No solo players welcome" is kind of implied in any clan worth their salt. If you join a clan it should be to hang out with your clanmates, not just for the mechanical benefits like engrams. Solo players don't belong in clans.

Again, the entire point of a clan is to have people to play with. THAT'S an objective fact. Whether you use your clan for that purpose is up to you, but your use for it doesn't change the intended use for it. A clan isn't a group of people that all ignore each other. This game is garbage solo. Clans make it fun by giving you consistent people to play with.

I mean, ANY co-op heavy game sucks when playing solo. WoW sucks playing solo. Runescape sucks playing solo. Minecraft sucks playing solo. ANY game that relies on co-op is not going to be even a tenth as fun solo as it is with friends. So yeah, the game sucks without friends.

I actually don't do much on my own. I've been playing on my own a lot because my clan leader is out of town and I'm actually a pretty shy dude when it comes to playing with others. I do NOT avoid playing with my clanmates. I actually kind of hate playing solo. But I'm a little too nervous to reach out to them cause, again, pretty shy, but still need to get things done. I play solo when nobody reaches out to me. But if you actually pay attention, i do much more WITH my clan than without.

There's a difference between "solo" and "exclusively solo". If you ONLY have interest in playing alone, you don't belong in a clan. Don't mix around my words or put words in my mouth. Playing solo doesn't make you a "solo player". You're only really a solo player if you just don't have any interest in playing with others.

Sometimes I like to play solo but most of the time I would rather do everything with others it’s the only way to truly enjoy this game. This is why I am asking these questions I may be looking for a clan with older people my age which is 57 and I have a lot of time to play. The absolute hardest thing to do is finding people that are just fun to play with in this game.

Well, nobody in the clan i mentioned in my other reply to you is anywhere near that age, but we're all pretty mellow in most situations, and again we have a great variety of players. You're welcome to check it out, see if it might suit you.

Here’s a deal right now I actually have to run everything solo it’s the end of the season and almost no one is playing and I understand that is the end of the season and most people take a break but not me. The clan I’m in right now knew when I joined that I was trying to get my light level up as high as I can for the season but if someone needed me for anything else besides the raids, I would help them. In order for me to Enjoy this game anymore I had to retire from doing raids because I’m my best friends Would keep arguing with each other not me I’m the quiet one they made it where the raids were not fun anymore. PS most of those guys don’t even talk to each other anymore how cruel they were to each other, for the most stupidest things. It’s just me I like my light level as high as I can get and people seem to get bent out of shape that I do not want to raid. Maybe if I find the right group of people, I can only keep my hopes up That I might be able to enjoy them again. I have a lot of time to play. Thank you for your answers I was just trying to figure out what y’all called exclusively solo.

Dude that ACTUALLY sucks. So you're not really a solo player, your current clan just kind of forced you into it by abandoning you? Screw them. Find a real clan. Try The White Giant. Close knit group, chill as hell, and our big thing is actually helping each other. We've got tryhards and casuals and PvPers and PvEers and everything in between, and most of us are active either daily or semi-daily. If you're interested, and you happen to be on ps4 (or 5, once it comes out) hit up Garto021. He's clan leader.

Do you know what it’s like to run raids with people that you’re really good friends with but all of a sudden after four years they just started picking and nagging at each other in the meanest way possible and then you tell them can Y’all please just get along y’all are making it unenjoyable, long story short they didn’t stop they got worse so I retired from doing raids. Then most of the time if I asked for anything I would get ignored or did he give me a crazy answer that never helped, So I turn to LFG and got almost everything done then they started giving me a hard time that I wasn’t Doing things with the clan, I said I can only ask so many times each and every week for help until I find other ways to get them done and I said if you guys need anything except for the raid I will help, The next six months the only thing they asked me to do was the raid, Now every time they invited me to a chat the only thing they asked me was to do a raid, so I asked the clan leader why is it so important to ask me when you have eight people in the chat and you know I don’t like to do them And he said you’re not that important so there was no longer any reason to stay. Just trying to find other people with similar things in common to enjoy this game.

I do know that, actually. That was my first three raid experiences. We don't raid in D2. We might when Beyond Light comes out cause it's adding a raid we all know well enough for it to be fairly easy. But we NEVER pressure people to raid. We give the option, but never force anyone into it. We spend most our time working on quests, bounties, and pvp. You want your light up, we can help.
