the other day i was trying to do some bounties with an lfg team, it didnt work at all because one of rhe people was a .17 (probably shoulda just left after the first game ngl) But the dude went on to say that he “deserved” a flawless because he needed the good gear. And then asked if anyone knew about a ghost carry (where one player is invis and tps to the opponents and shotties them) and he left with another dude in the party. Its not even like cheaters even try to be subtle about it anymore

Examples 25 tokens for a Flawless 15 for seven wins 8 for five wins 3 for a loss 250 tokens for Adept weapons If your poor at Trials you grind losses out but least you can see progress towards getting a weapon. Bungie can do double weekend rewards ect Current system sucks This system above could be the same for raids. Takes away all that RNG frustration

So even if people don’t post on the forms the practice will continue. It’s only going to get worse as the practice is being accepted and legitimized by them. Why do you think they don’t shut those websites down even tho it’s agains all parties involved ToS. I mean just go to YouTube and you see paid adds and at destiny tracker.

Paid recovs and carries are a legitimate blight on this game and its such low hanging fruit to address. Literally people doing recovs while streaming with a full price list. Totally agree with you. Giving the best players a competitive advantage is a mistake and takes us back to LH/NF days. Even in the advantage isn’t that great the perception of unfairness is enough alone to stop people playing. It makes no sense to give best players an advantage. Locking this advantage behind a skill firewall encourages pay to carry, which is pay to win by a different mechanic. This is toxic for the game. Give the best players a quicker grind, give them cosmetics but don’t give a competitive advantage it’s unfair and fairness is very important.

90% of these posts for carries are either some virgin cheater on PC or a Ddos on console. It’s a shame really, if you can’t work towards getting the weapon yourself then you don’t deserve it. Sadly this doesn’t matter when recov’s happen every day.

I don't think its actually worth the money to pay for these carry services but I don't mind paid carry services existing if they don't cheat. Most likely do cheat but anyway let me get to my reasoning... I don't like account recoveries because it has someone else playing on your account which I'm pretty sure is against the TOS and I think paid carries are too but let me continue... If you were not a very good player and paid a person to recover your account you would have someone playing on your account that is either cheating or much better then you, for this example let me go with "much better than you" this would mean that you would gain access to certain weapons and things quicker because you have a better player that is on your account. This completely defeats the purpose of the game if you aren't actually playing it. However, this is where I sympathize with carries a little bit while most probably cheat, I will use a rare group that doesn't cheat as an example. With an account recovery you have someone play on your account while if you are carried you still actually have to play the game to "earn" whatever it is you paid the carry for, as you are simply paying for players to play with you. With carries its ultimately up to the person paying if they want to waste money on paying people to carry them, I generally don't mind the idea of paid carries as long as they don't cheat. Account recoveries can kiss my hairy butt tho.

7 RespuestasThe adpet weapons arnt going to mean shit. I mean look at gnawing hunger compared to summoner. Gnawing hunger has just better overall stats generically compared to summoner. And to get a better version of summoner with maybe a better stability or range I need to hope 1. I get the perfect roll 2. Need to get the right adept mod for it 3. I have to go flawless Or I can just farm and use my gnawing hunger by doing jack shit for the next couple of seasons.

The covacks cheats are really under the radar but people really use these tactics instead of getting better at the game the legitimate way. Thats why I can't take pvp serious at all.
