I started playing a week ago and today I started doing the menagerie quests. I unlocked the first rune from the chest in the well of flame and jumped into the menagerie. During the game I got kicked due to connection problems, so i log back in and start the menagerie all over. Once I got to the end the game told me to equip a rune in the chalice, but the one I unlocked moments before had disappeared. I went back to get it once again at the well, but now I can't do the menagerie because the game tells me I don't have access to this activity. What do I do?
