45 out of 61 people report stuttering now, in the thread linked below. That's 73% of those who voted. My bet would be that 16 of you are lucky enough not to be sensitive to stuttering. I hope i'm wrong, because that would mean that there's hope for the rest of us.

Please do us a favor. If you think you don't have a stuttering problem, go do some public events / resources in EDZ or Nessus with multiple guardians around and after 4 or 5 of them record a 3 minute video of you slowly moving (panning horizontally) your mouse around the same area.
60fps would be preferable, resolution doesn't really matter. It would also help to record your first 3 minutes as you log into the game, for comparison.
Rig information and GPU drivers would also help.
Thanks in advance.

My game doesn't stutter, it just causes stop errors and reboots my PC every 15-30 minutes :D

I don't and never had any stutter issues. I'm not gonna make a video but i can give you my specs: I7 2600k @ 4.5Ghz 8gb ddr3 1600mhz ram R9 390 OC-ed Running off Samsung 850evo ssd

Just use logic. Compare the popularity and posts compared the one before that had hundreds and hundreds of responses. Clearly this is now an isolated rather than a widespread issue.

Stutters... stutters never change. Update 1.0.7.1 - did not fix micro stutters.

Bearbeitet von OzzTheBozz: 11/16/2017 1:16:53 AMMost of them can't recognize stutter, they are playing with 40-60fps on a 60hz monitor. Sry but this a slideshow. And they are crying:" my game is running fine" xD

I'd suggest you google "Self Selection" with regards to epidemiology before making any inferences on the relative ratio of respondents to your survey. The participants in an online forum for a given game represent only a sub-sample of those who play said game, and those who visit a bug report/support request subforum are largely composed only of those users who are already experiencing an issue. Your post appears to insinuate that 73% of users (and potentially 100%) are experiencing the same issue that you are experiencing based on a survey. (Although I have viewed topics in this forum, I have not seen the survey you reference, and I suspect the userbase for this game is substantially larger than 61 participants).

stuttering still exists.

Bearbeitet von SupermanDan: 11/15/2017 5:49:38 AMI can confirm that I had bad stuttering in 1.0.6.1 but the 1.0.6.2 patch fixed it for me I still have some fps dips especially on titan but overall its a much smoother gaming experience. R5 1600x GTX 970 16 GB RAM DDR4 2400 Nvidia Driver version 388.13 (other games haven't been stuttery for me even though theres widespread reports of this driver causing it)

Check your overclocks if you have any applied. Also check you Ram speed. If you have the cpu and ram overclocked first check to make sure you're not thermal throttling, then lower your overclock and voltage and set the ram to a lower speed then the XMP profile and see if that works. Overheating, bad OC settings, and bad Ram speeds can all cause stuttering.

Bearbeitet von Bimbom: 11/15/2017 10:05:26 PMgtx1070 here. stutter still occurs after long periods of play. it's not as dramatic was it was before but it's still there. had to put a frame rate limit via EVGA Precision X since going over 144hz was causing bad stutter also on my PG279Q. Also, the 388 series drivers are crashing the client when I tab out. Rolled back to 387.92 and that fixed the crashing. Ive checked GPU-Z/Intel XTU. No thermal throttling, capping - everything is running at spec. D2 is the only game that does this.

I was having terrible stuttering issues but they have completely vanished since the latest hotfix that was released. When I am in a heavily populated area my FPS does go down, but never below 50 or so, and I do not see any sort of stuttering. And I'd like to think I would notice, any time any game has even the smallest amount of stutter, even for a fraction of a second, it bothers me. AMD RYZEN 7 1700X 8-Core 3.4 GHz 16.0GB G.SKILL Ripjaws.X 2.0TB WD Black MSI R9 390X Video Card Latest AMD Stable Release Drivers No Overclocking of CPU/Ram/GPU Windows 10 Pro x64 The issue with a poll like that is when you post a thread on the Help/PCSupport forums about stuttering, you're not going to be getting an unbiased account of players experiencing/not experiencing the issue. People without problems generally won't even bother to click on a thread like that, let alone vote. Heck, I'm sure a lot of the people who are on here came to the forums for the sole purpose of posting about the problem.

Did they say anything about micro stutters after their "hotfix" ? Not really happy I payed 100$+ and can't play the game as advertised "un-capped FPS" ? does Blizzard issue refunds ?
-
I definitely have stuttering. I've exhausted every resource I can seeing if I could fix it on my side with no luck. This is a problem with the game and needs to be addressed and fixed.

Ya it's weird. Of all my friends I'm the only one that suffers from this. I'm starting to wonder if they simply aren't sensitive to it.
