Most of them can't recognize stutter, they are playing with 40-60fps on a 60hz monitor. Sry but this a slideshow. And they are crying:" my game is running fine" xD

Shouldn't locking your frame rates fix it instead of using v-sync or any alternative methods? (which apparently they don't even fix it). I'm actually interested, not being a dick. Lets assume you have a 144hz monitor and your FPS range from 100 to 160 FPS... Why would you want it to go up and down? I would rather lock it a 100 FPS. And yeah yeah I have a 60hz monitor and gtx 1070, but then again, I've never seen my FPS go lower than 60, or higher for that matter (since it's locked). Yet, sometimes I see some 'delays' in game which if I didn't have my FPS locked, I would've thought it was stuttering. Keep in mind the game itself has errors too.

I guess with my 144hz panel running at around 100 fps at all times I'm blind too. its not a slideshow for everyone.

I remember watching an nvidia promotion for g-sync, they had a split-screen going on where on the left a game was running at non-stable sub-60 fps with v-sync on, and on the right the same game with g-sync. Obviously g-sync is going to look smoother than sub-refresh ratio v-sync, but both games where stuttering like crazy compared to STABLE v-sync. I was like, are you people blind? You really think this is smooth? In my experience, only proper v-sync with triple buffering is truly smooth. Next best thing is fast-sync, aka capping a stable framerate at exactly double your screen refresh ratio. (150fps on a 75Hz screen) The rest is like you said, a slideshow.

Guys, the stutter is from beginning, after 3-5 public events, the shit starts, people have no idea what is a "stutter" they say oO i got 120fps,60 is perfect, no its not, Bungie knows what is going on, they can't fix it, because they don't care, Nvidia drivers will not help as, this game will die this way, stop bothering to use your time on forum buddy, i know is annoying, the game that you buy, to play it, this way, but its nothing we can do, me and you, wait or move on :)
