For what it’s worth: Light.gg does not show Incandescent as an available Perk for Parabellum (even for the curated roll): https://www.light.gg/db/items/3926811686/parabellum/ The same site does not show Parabellum listed as an available weapon within the description of Incandescent: https://www.light.gg/db/items/4293542123/incandescent/ D2 Foundry also does not show Incandescent being available for Parabellum: https://d2foundry.gg/w/3926811686?p=0,0,0,0&m=0&mw=0 In Aztecross’s video last year looking at Perk Pools for World drop weapons, Incandescent is not mentioned as an available Perk for Parabellum (timestamp 31m 20s into the video): https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=YH-Ke7PGfJY And a quick Google search for “Destiny 2 Parabellum Incandescent” yields a number of discussions about whether Parabellum is garbage because it cannot drop with Incandescent or if the weapon can still be good with the available Perks. Please note that Parabellum was introduced during Season 23 (Season of the Wish) and has not been reissued at any point since, meaning it has the same selection of Perks as when it first appeared.
