Happy New Year to all.[/quote] Perk weighting is fixed. People who do not understand how perk weighting worked will make post like this claiming otherwise. As others have stated, you have not gotten that roll because that roll does not exist.

parabellum does not have incandescent, exotic class items is next to 100% perk drop rate only inside the dual destiny exotic mission ( and the halloween event) outside that is a very small % dropp rate increase. Perk weight issue is fixed but now you have the same % drop for the combos, before the fix some combos were a lot harder to get ( 99% of the time trash combos) so before the fix was easyer to get the god rolls
