What kind of an idiot doesn't use the best weapons at their disposal? That would be like sending marines into combat with the option of a tank or a bicycle and forcing the bike on them. Makes no sense other than to fuel an ego.

Except in real life, bungie doesn't go into battle 3 months later and say, " you kill to much with this, use a nerf gun instead ". But they do here.
