Mida\Stare opinion! (Haters welcome)
Mida tool users = Someone who jumps from one gun to the next because they can't kill shit without using the only gun class in the game they didn't nerf in Y2. I have one, it rocks, I refuse to be a bandwagon jumper so I can stay competitive. You ppl are the problem. If you didn't go from one specific gun to the next, ppl wouldn't think it was so op and wouldn't call for as many nerfs. But you all use the same gun. Thorn, Fusions, Vex, you ruined them all buy using a gun until Bungie literally killed it.
1000yd stare = Someone who couldn't snipe in any other game but Destiny. Hit me with an Eirene, atleast I know u hit me, didn't just wait for the gun to pull and squeezed the trigger. You can rant all you want that your good and aim assist does nothing. But we all know you are just arguing back hoping bungie won't nerf the only gun you can use. I get it, but its still sad and pathetic!
To the ppl who haven't jumped on the new Mida\1000 stare bandwagon. Congrats and keep up the nice work. For the rest, get some diversity in your arsenal or soon enough, the Mida and the stare will be the next nerf and you will only have yourself to blame.
Edit: some of you seem to be under the impression I'm calling for a nerf. I am not. If anything I prefer a buff to other weapon classes. This is just my opinion on what is wrong with the sudden over use of the Mida and the long time over use of the 1000k

I suggest you socially interact with people in real life to cool it down. Have a nice day! ;) Edit: back when dark below dropped people whined about the LDR 5001 being too strong and wanted a nerf. This is the case with the 1000yrd stare also. It will blow over eventually. Now for the mida. The Mida Multi-Tool hasn't changed since it was released in year one of destiny. It probably will never change as it is on par with all scout rifles. You may disagree with it not being on par, but you have to use different variants of scout rifles to find out. I hope this helps you out and can change your very discriminating views on 2 guns that are just regular guns. See you around guardian!

1 OdpowiedźWhat kind of an idiot doesn't use the best weapons at their disposal? That would be like sending marines into combat with the option of a tank or a bicycle and forcing the bike on them. Makes no sense other than to fuel an ego.

2 OdpowiedziThey need to add more high impact snipers. As of right now there Is only 3 that i know of. There is no diversity. Plus bungie messed up by giving it as a quest reward. As far as the mida goes, it remains 98 percent unchanged since year one. Everything else is nerfed to shit now so why wouldn't people flock to the only thing left that's untouched

2 OdpowiedziI've been using hand cannons and getting 20+ kills on most of my iron banner matches. Personally I find it annoying that I can now recognize the sound of a Mida being fired. I've been able to kill these scrubs but I find it annoying that most of my deaths have been by the Mida. Xur ruined it.

2 Odpowiedzi1. Until Bungie actually figures out how to balance a weapon system, I'm going to use the most efficient weapon in the game for my play style. As a mid-range player, that means (in the current meta) MIDA Multi-tool or Boolean Gemini. Both hit hard enough to suppress would-be snipers, and to keep people whom you engaged at range from simply running away from fights they are losing. Deal with it. 2. I'm actually better at getting headshots with Eirene than I am with 1KS. I use IKS in objective based Crucible play because most of my IKS snipers have Firefly. Which means I'll sometimes get a second kill as collateral damage to the first headshot kill. Deal with it. 3. What is "wrong" is very simple. a. Bungie gave away one of the best sniper rifles in the game, like CANDY, as a quest reward. If you didn't like that roll, you can BUY the weapon for 150 marks from the Vanguard QM, AND you can get them as Vanguard rewards for levelling up. IOW, they're easy-as-shit to get your hands on one, and they are one of the best high-impact legendary snipers in the game. Its just the Year Two LDR 5001/Longbow Synthesis. b. Bungie nerfed PRs and shotguns in the last patch. PRs are no longer able to dominate the mid-range as they should...and shotguns have been nerfed to the point that close combat with one is dangerously unpredictable. So more people are backing up and sniping. MIDA is the perfect weapon for suppressing and harrassing these would be snipers, but is still versatile enough to cover dominate at long range...and compete effectively (even with pulse rifles and hand cannons) at mid-range. Then the fact is that NEITHER of these nerfs were really needed.

But maybe somehow I missed the satire in your post, because I can't believe that a rational thinking person would rant about weapons that can never be used in real life scenarios. I can't control what other people use and you can't either. I always see people like you trying tell people what gun they can use. Give a list of guns I can use and you will not bitch about.....you can't because if you die you gonna blame the gun and not your lack skill

It has the exact same stats and usability now that it did back then. For those who enjoy running a scout rifle, it's a no-brainier. Bandwagon ... Lol. Stfu.

"There are no curving bullets". Overused doesn't mean overpowered. Just like Mida isn't OP. It's the same exact gun from Y1. It wasn't overpowered then, in fact I don't recall in the past year ever seeing someone say, "Mida is OP", because it wasn't and it's not. Please stop confusing overused weapons for "Over Powered". Ppl ru n guns by coming to the forums to cry and complain about getting killed by them. If less ppl bitched and moaned about being killed by guns and just played the game there wouldn't be so many "overused" guns in the game.

2 OdpowiedziI didn't use the thorn in year 1 because we had hawk-awesome and other amazing legendary primaries in year 1. Year 2 is pretty terrible ,I jumped on the bandwagon for mida and 1000yd stare because those are the good weapons I occasionally use jade rabbit when I use a fusion as my secondary
