I was being sarcastic, but the undertone is the man doesn't have the say so due to it being a physical/biological issue. The main reason being is due to legal issues that deal with -blam!- and the persons well being. If the man had the right, I know Lawyers would use that law against women who were -blam!- forcing them to live with that horrible night for the rest of their lives. Lawyers and the Justice system in general cannot be trusted as it's a money making scheme that uses people hardships for government and personal profits. In order to prevent scenarios such as that, women must have 100% say so to her own body, and the child's life before the unborn child gains true life. My view of life is this. Upon replication of cells in the embryo is just development of a human shell. Upon the first neuron firing a pulse down the spinal cord is when real life begins. Miscarriages is not a abortion or killing life. It's the natural way of nature's rejection of a failed human structure. Legal abortions fall into that timeline, but many people are uneducated or ignored biology due to religious beliefs. Bottom line, life decisions begin and end with the women. As a society of moral corruption, we cannot let outside sources enslave a body part. I call this the start of legal slavery if we a society crosses into this threshold.
