As a man, atm I have no right but to support a woman who gets pregnant and wants to keep the kid. But if I want her to abort it and she wants to keep I still am stuck with the burden. If the opposite is the case she wants to abort it and I wish to raise it singlehandedly I have no say in the matter.
In the name of equality I as a man should be able to sign a document saying I have no financial obligation to her or the child she chose to keep against my wishes.

I am not advocating for forced abortion, or forceing the woman to carry the child. I am advocating for a man to have at least some recourse in the decision. And since forced abortion is unethical, the only thing the man has an option is to not be held responsible for the child if he doesn't want it, that mears financialy and parental, meaning he will never get the see the child even if he has a change of heart later. Just the same as the woman not being held responsible when she aborts the child.

I agree men's rights need to be considered in this case. However the issue stands that if she doesn't want to keep it you can't force her to carry it for you. If she wants to keep it and you don't then yes you should be able to back out. If you want to keep it and she doesn't you'd have to find some kind of surrogate or convince her to carry it for you. That's the issue. If you can find a way around that then you should have the right to raise the child.

Correction you can't force any one to carry a child against there will. It just so happens you cant carry children but soon
-
I agree. I think you could have said it more elegantly, but I agree. No one should be forced into parenthood.

1 OdpowiedźHow to Play Jenga First of all, purchase a Jenga set from any store that sells it. Then dump all the blocks from the box and read the instructions on the box. After reading the instructions on the box take three blocks and put them side by side on a flat surface. The blocks should be side by side in a three block row with each large flat part of the block facing in a parallel direction against the table by now. After setting the initial foundation of three blocks, take another three blocks and set them the same way, except have each head of the three blocks facing perpendicular to the previous row. It should look like three blocks all stacked on each other with each row of three facing an opposite direction. The next steps are pretty much the same, just make sure that each row is facing an opposite direction. Take three blocks and place them perpendicularly with the large flat part against the first row that was placed. After placing the third row, take another set of blocks and place them parallel like the first row that was placed. Continue this process of stacking until you have placed every single block in sets of threes. Once this process is complete it should resemble a tower, this part is now the part where you remove blocks. The goal now is to remove as many blocks as possible without making the tower fall. Try test pulling each block before actually making it fall. Feel for a loose block and if a block is loose then try pulling or pushing it out of the tower, but if it is reinforced then leave it. For each block that is pulled take it and return it to the top of the tower. Keep the tower from falling for as long as possible, and if the tower falls, rebuild and retry.

I think you could sign away all rights and responsibilities. We tried this with my wife's kids. The father is a pos, but won't give up his rights or pay child support. I'm like "how do you not give af if your kids eat? Eat?!? " Idk. I don't try to understand it....

1 OdpowiedźEdytowany przez użytkownika Gemash: 12/2/2015 10:44:18 AMIt seems you've gotten yourself in a sticky situation, perhaps you should think with the right head next time
but really I see your point, men can be just as good of a parent as a women and better sometimes. They don't necessarily get the chance to prove that in these situations. There are some women who would go through the pregnancy and let the man raise the child (not as common) but that depends on the woman herself. I guess you didn't talk the possibility of pregnancy through beforehand and what you would do if it were to happen. Bad choice! However because the woman has to go through the birth and 9 months of carrying the baby that's why they have more of a say on the matter. It's their body, they can't tell you what to do with your body and you can't do the same. You can't stop someone from having an abortion because then you're forcing them to go through pregnancy. I think the courts should be less biased on who gets the child but they're probably that way from other men who don't want anything to do with the kids they make, usually it would be the woman who would be left to raise the child alone not the other way around. And most cases go by other case basis. They compare the difference in each case and then go by that to make their decision. Kind of odd but yeah. Edit: I don't agree with you not paying for the child support though, you both had sex and both should be responsible for their actions. If she keeps the baby then you should support it. You are a father whether you like it or not. She will be paying for the child as well as raising it and giving birth to it. You will just be paying for it, much easier than what she is doing. Unless you fight for the child then you will have to both financially and emotionally support it as well as raise it. Choose which you would prefer. Ultimately if the child is kept, both parents are responsible for it's care to an extent.
2 OdpowiedziThe only right a man has in child birth is to pay that doctor bill. Trust me, she's not paying for it financially but physically she is.

1 OdpowiedźEdytowany przez użytkownika Resurrection101: 12/1/2015 5:16:44 AMMan I don't know about the whole abortion thing I'm kind of against it in general but I do know men get really screwed in court when it comes to getting custody of the child the girl can have a long list of drug abuse and child neglect in the father still don't get it with a shining record. They just assume that somehow mothers are more paternal which is b******* I have seen it both ways

Can this be a campaign? I'd like to spread my seed around without the need to ever give a bitch money. Not all are bitches, but, you know, if I'm spreading my seed, nice ladies probably don't want to share a husband.

At the very least there should be legal documentation that states something along the lines of not having to provide any further financial support than that required for the abortion, as the case is: if she doesn't want the burden, she has the money to dispel of it, if not, then she doesn't have the reserved right to force the man to raise the child he didn't want. As for all of the typical uninformed/socially disconnected individuals who say the same old "you should wear a condom then" and the like, see if you can maybe wrap your head around the fact that condoms break every once in a while, and that perhaps a couple who once had the money for it, now no longer can afford to raise a child, or any of the other various reasons that abortion would be the logical option, as well as the fact that murder and prevention of life are two very different things, and if you think otherwise, you may as well condone actions that force every egg from every woman on the entire planet should be fertilized so as not to waste valid genetic material that has just as much opportunity to become a living and breathing human child
