Yes, i think these nodes take this version to 190, not 280

HoW gear starts at the same armor level as exotics (160 after TTK) but when it's ascended it hits the same max stats as exotics too. So Y1 exotics will go from 160 to 190 with those upgrade nodes. A huge gap between that and 280 of Y2 exotics''
