The other ones are uncertain. How do I know this? Y2 versions only show if you have the Y1 version already. On stream (http://www.twitch.tv/bungie/v/11727800) Deej had Y1 Gjallahorn and Ice breaker but it didn't show a Y2 version.
In the teaser (above) the guy didn't have red death so it didn't show a Y2 version even though there was one on stream with deej because deej has Y1 red death (proving my point).
The teaser guy also had Y1 hard light, vex, necrochasm, thorn, etc but no Y2 version appeared.
Note that even unfinished y2 versions appeared in that teaser (old icon for bad juju) leading me to believe that there would be a vex or a gjallahorn y2 in there if it was planned for September 15.
Edit: they might add Y2 version for these guns later but for now they don't seem to be in there
Edit2: For those arguing Y1 exotics will be upgradable to Y2 stats through upgrade nodes or whatever: no they won't. Deej was wearing HoW legendary gear and it had 190 defense. HoW gear starts at the same armor level as exotics (160 after TTK) but when it's ascended it hits the same max stats as exotics too. So Y1 exotics will go from 160 to 190 with those upgrade nodes. A huge gap between that and 280 of Y2 exotics
Edit3: Y1 stuff can only be infused with Y1 stuff. They said that on stream. That way you can't have Y1 weapons go higher than 190

I love this game but that is a big middle finger to anyone who grinded for that crappy gun and now you wont bring it in to year 2 status. Thanks......

Based on the Exotic Blueprint page, there are 14 Year 2 primaries, 7 Y2 specials, and 5 Y2 heavies. From the Twitch reveal and teaser, we can determine the following Year 1 exotics will have Year 2 versions: Primary: Suros Regime, Last Word, Red Death, Hawkmoon, Monte Carlo, Bad Juju Special: Invective, 4th Horseman Heavy: Thunderlord, Truth Also, from recent info drops and rumors, we know of the following new Year 2 exotics: Primary: No Time to Explain, Chain-lightning auto, 347 Vesta Dynasty, Jade Rabbit Special: Sleeper Simulant (heavy?), Tex Mechanica shotgun, blinding sniper, fusion rifle (seen in blueprint page) Based on the spaces seen in the exotic blueprint page, this leaves room for 4 more Y2 primaries, 1 more Y2 special, and 3 more Y2 heavies. Some of these may still be Year 1 exotics that have Year 2 versions. Others are unannounced new Year 2 exotics, and we know that there are at least a dozen total new exotics in Taken King. My guesses: Dragon's Breath and Mida Multi-Tool will have Year 2 versions (both deserve more love). Since there are now only 2 known Y2 exotic hand cannons, I think we'll see another new one added. For special, I think we'll see a new exotic sidearm. And finally, there are a few open spots in heavies for EXOTIC SWORDS.

How they going to get everyones hopes up about necrochasm then not make it upgradeable, they might just make a final version to it since the current necro doesnt have the gold outline or "not fully upgraded"

While it may not be blatant, Bungie is pretty much saying, "We know our year 1 vanilla weapons were the best, and instead of making better ones to convince you to use new weapons, we're going to ruin those good ones to force you to use the new weapons. Because -blam!- our previous statement of us wanting you to play the way you want to play."
