Ice breaker i disagree with, black hammer i agree on and hawkmoon i really cant judge as im on xbox.

Hawkmoon is amazing when perks proc two shot head shot or a one shot(gotten two I think) but its inconsistent

Yeah, you can still get the 2 head shot kill but now you just cant get the one shot. Because even with its incosistency thag wpuld be OP as -blam!-.

Dunno what I do maybe take LiTc change that and its exotic perk giving it two lucky rounds and giving it a 15 magazine I don't know but still giving it a chance for it
