To all those people who kept saying "Must have Gjallahorn." You are the people who caused the gjallahorn nerf. And if you keep asking for it they are just gona nerf it again. Try not to dig it too deep, you may not be able to climb back out of it.

I read a similar post where someone actually explained why this will in turn hurt the gally-less people. Whereas before a gally was powerful enough to "compensate" for someone who didn't have it, post nerf you won't do that extra damage. People are going to literally stack teams with them now. Everyone crying about it really only dug themselves a deeper hole.

Well, if Bungie would do their fukking job and just add optional matchmaking then weapon requirements wouldn't be a thing.

Honestly they should just have had xur sell it instead of nerfing it. That would have taken care of their BS excuse around player alienation. It's a lie, they want strikes and raids to take longer to extend game life without creating more dynamic content. That's why they nerfed BH and IB as well.

1 OdpowiedźThe gally, the most coveted weapon in all destiny players hearts. The weapon that made a player feel like a god. Bungie designed this weapon for those reasons. Now I didn't get mine until about the 800 hour mark and its still one of the best moments for me in destiny. My clan was sending messages to congratulate. So why take that away? Why take away any excitement out of those players moments. Why make the one weapon that everyone from the beginning dreamed of having weaker. The players of destiny know that in pve you need the best of weapons in every slot in your arsenal, and the gally was one that was always used in the heavy. Idc if you dont have one, and it doesn't mean I wont play with you. The only reason those elitists say "must have a gally" is to make there experience in an event easier amd faster. Thay arent saying it on behalf of players ability. So idk how much will change in the patch, but I can say im sorry if some players were left out in raids. Believe me I was sometimes too. Its no big deal. I just ran it with others. So please bungie, dont take those moments away from players. Leave the one weapon that is so cherished by its users alone. You designed it to be the god weapon so let it continue on its war path.

I'm glad it's getting nerfed. Forces me to use something else. Same with the hand cannon nerd too. Use them alot in PvP. I hate using the same weapon but most PvP games force you to use a handcannon and it's just instinctive to equip my gjallarhorn on raids etc. Roll on the weapon tuning!!
