The problem is that gally is also solar, if anyone is gonna choose a solar rocket, it's the one that's easier to use and still has high damage regardless of which ones better stat wise.
If gally was arc, then maybe they might each have their place, but as of now I just don't see it.
When's the last time you used DB over gally?

I never leveled up db, not my style, plus I prefer tracking launchers. Some don't, and some use db more than gjallarhorn.

As someone who absolutely loves DB I can assure you no one is using is DB over gally, they're both solar, and you've never leveled but also said its not your style. I don't understand why you're trying to make an argument for it, the weapon needs something to make it more enticing and juicy, right now it has nothing and you know it
