I just finished my Thorn catalyst.
After doing the first mission, getting the artifact and cashing in my bounties, I easily had it drop.
I’m creating orbs constantly on my Strand/Suspend build with Thorn/Grips.
I notice zero difference because the build doesn’t crutch on Fire Power and grenade spamming.
Tomorrow I’m going to play around with Solar/Verity build.
I bet between the demo/incandescent crafted Battler and grenade kick start, bomber etc I’ll have the juiced grenade up constantly.
There’s always ways to make builds work if you are using a multitude of ways to create ability energy and orbs.
We have killer weapons.
It’s time we start using them in conjunction with our abilities.

I was just wondering what guns can roll with both Demo and Incandescent. Do you know of any others? I will need to craft a Battler now.

Modificato da The Hermit IX: 11/30/2023 7:11:10 AMI’m also using a crafted Judgment of Kelgorath Glaive with demo and incandescent. It’s really good and you can YouTube the full roll. It was a seasonal weapon so it should be attainable at one point through an exotic mission. Also banshee and Xur. I’m actually creating a Karnstien Armlets build atm which seems to be broken on both solar and stasis with Glaives. It creates extended restoration and cure on every single Glaive kill. So between the shield and healing it’s tuff to die. On stasis I’m using Winterbite heavy exotic Glaive. It slows enemies on melee attack and costs no heavy ammo.

I love glaives but never really got much into understanding them. Do the melee kills generate grenade energy/cause incandescent, or is it only the projectile shots? Either way, I'm going to craft one.
