I cleaned the inside of my laptop when I first got the issue lol. heck I even repasted the cpu and gpu while I was in there, and it's not a temp issue either, both are running cool. as for throttlestop, I'll look into it as I have no clue what it is. I have read a couple of reddit posts from other people having a similar issue and all of them are from people laptops... could be coincidence, but could also be some sort of "mobile gpu" issue... idk, im just coping
