[BUG] Forging Legendary frames doesn't progress the Black Armory Exotic Weapon Quests
I just forged my 2nd Legendary weapon The Spiteful Fang (at Volundr forge). But the Exotic Weapon Quests (A Giant's Might and Butterfly's Grace) didn't progress on the number of Legendary weapon frame forged. They are still at 0/10.
What's the cause behind this issue? Is it because I forged the weapon at a wrong Forge?
Since Shadow Keep has simplified the gameplay of Black Armory, could this be a new issue from the change?

2 RisposteI think Bungie unintentionally time locked the quest, because it only let's you progress 2/10 each week from what I can tell. May have something to do with the number of ballistics log you can get per week (which is only 2) from Ada. I've done 10 frames on the past couple weeks and only got 4/10 on both quests.
