Now that I think of it, the most notable story I've to tell; So I've just woken from sleep, decided to crack a few hours at Destiny, selected my lvl 8 Hunter, Jigoku-SR3 at the ready. Over to The Devil's Lair, matchmaking joined me up with two mates almost immediately (Woo!), so we head on in to the grounds to find one of the gents is lvl 4 on the lvl8 difficulty... No real issue, apparently the two gents are together in a party (which I declined participation) and the other is a lvl 8 Hunter bearing that Iron Banner cloak. Over to the lazer'd up hallway where the Hive and the Fallen assault your position and we die almost immediately as the two gents are rendered asunder beneath the blades of Stealth Vandals.... after my eventual death we.... I respawn.... Alone. Slightly annoyed I press onward, defending Dinklebot as he hacks the Mesh Layers, annihilating a Devil Walker and its goons, and proceeding to finish off Sepiks Prime [i]alone[/i].... I have not had such a rewarding feeling from an FPS in a LOONG time, I'm still boasting about it, not a single death following their leave to boot. [spoiler]Moral of the story, doesn't matter how much of a badass you are in PvP, PvE is a different animal in almost any game.[/spoiler]
