What system would you prefer to live under?
So I guess the question being asked here is would you rather live in an oppressive totalitarian despotic regime, or a completely anarchic system devoid of any laws or rules?
I guess this all depends what kind of person you are really.

Sure, there are bomb attacks, but it's not total anarchy anymore. Not to mention that there's an enormous reconstruction project going on in Mogadishu (its capital)
