Should you tell a girl you like her even if she has a BF?
Should you? Is it a smart move? I've liked her for a long time now... So long I'm embarrassed to say.

I wouldn't. I tell my close friend I love her but we have been friends for 5 years and she knows I love her as a friend and wouldnt do anything to get between them. TBH it would feel weird if we ever dated. so your situation is different as you like her as more than a friend.
