So I want to make a new account...and this -blam!-ing new layout won't even let me. No button..no nothing. I tried logging in with a new email address but then it logs in then appears no to be logged in? Can someone help me out! ...And yes I know this is a very stupid -blam!-ing question. EDIT: I joined the first time but I got permabanned fro making a logical thread about the problems of Halo 4(Basically nearly Everything!) and then I got permabanned for replying to someone later on in the thread.
