Been trying for weeks to join a fire team via the App to learn the new raid. I am upfront that it is my first time in the raid. I have watched several tutorial videos, but it's isn't the same as doing it. I get no response if I post in the App for help, or get kicked from a fire team because I don't KWTD. Searching the App for weeks and virtually every post doesn't want to teach a first time guardian in raid, or they will only teach one at at time. Guardians who were taught and completed the raid refuse to pay it forward.

It’s a pretty toxic community, tbh. They keep talking about how great the community is but I have yet to see it. Most people on here seem to just wanna take and take and take and never give back. I haven’t done RoN or the new raid either for the exact same reason.
