Non-Destiny players first time raiding preperation
I have friends who want to raid with me soon, and they haven't played in a very long time. Is there anything they need to do before raiding? i.e. Bungie Account setup, cross-save linking, in-game gear or anything like that?

They just need to have the appropriate DLC to enter the Raid. Raids in the Legends tab of the Director or free. You just need to enter at the recommended light level.
