[steam] I bought the Lightfall + annual pass dlc, and the season content/pass was not granted

I transferred from epic to steam after buying dlcs on steam, where in attached screenshots, I show that I did in fact buy the ligthfall + annual pass dlc via steam. However, this did not get me the season 23 pass, still saying i need to buy it w/ silver. Both in the dlc description and from someone elses mouth, this should not be the case, and i should not have to buy it. One of my other friends also bought the same dlc via steam, and had no issue getting the pass. Though, he already had the game on steam and did not move from epic. Steam has already denied a refund request for the single dlc pack, siting too much play time.     Hey there. The season passes and dungeon key count as in-game purchases that are applied one-time to the active account when you buy the Annual Pass edition. You did this first, applying the passes to Steam, and then cross-saved to bring your Epic characers over. This made your Steam game data go dormant and become inaccessible, and it took the passes and the dungeon key with it. The incoming Epic account did not have any passes, and does not receive additional copies of the passes. If you'd cross-saved first, then the passes would have been applied to the Epic account instead.
