Hello again, Now, could you please try unequipping one of the Artifact Perks you have on currently? For this test, please try leaving it with 11/12 perks instead of the full 12/12.

Assuming that is correct, I unchecked one of the artifact perks and went to test. It did grant me the armour charges now as it should. [url=https://youtu.be/y5BPq3WZQUg]Video provided[/url]
