Unless they changed how it works then it drops on curated weapons. Which in my personal experience drop fairly frequently. A good method is to farm ten or more keys from Riven, do one QW, and then open as many chests as you possibly can. The other option is farming Kalli since the encounter is easy enough to do with zero comms while doing the encounter challenge as well. 🤘🏻

Thanks. Yeah been farming Kalli since I still need red bordered but it was my understanding they removed curates ones. I’ll keep farming. I just need that one thing for the seal. Kills me because I’m pretty sure it came on a bow after my first ever Last Wish raid and swapped it before I ever knew about the seal. It was just before I started going after raid seals and had just started doing raids. So only within the last year. Thanks again for your answer though.
