When you submit content to the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Community/Creations]community creations section[/url], it enters a queue to be reviewed by volunteer moderators. This queue can be very busy and because the moderators are volunteers who do their tasks whenever they can, it can take some time to review every single submission. Just because your submission has not appeared does not mean it wasn't allowed. It likely means it has yet to be reviewed and approved. You will have to continue to wait.
