The game was rolled back. Anything earned after 8:20am PST on 24th Jan has been lost and cannot be recovered.

i was storing them in my postmaster for at least 1-2 months before the rollback so they weren’t earned during the time the rollback happened

you can’t empty things when bungie decides they need to put a max on items like if you play gms often you have no choice but to store consumables in there as we can’t store them anywhere else and unless you use them all the time you’re gonna end up with max stacks i just don’t get how if it’s bungies/destiny’s fault that they can’t restore them

Either that…or if you know you’ll be doing activities that reward them in quick fashion (such as running GMs, high level story mission, etc) then upgrade some random exotic(s) armor to full masterwork. You won’t get all 3 back upon dismantling, but you’ll get 1 back plus some prisms. Better than risking losing in postmaster.

i’ll keep that in mind i guess i haven’t thought about doing that, i just know my extra stack of alloys are now gone which those can only be used in crafting from what i know

Postmaster can be emptied for any or no reason at all; it's not meant to be a secondary storage but short-term retrieval.
