Howdy,
I have recently upgraded to the 5800X3D and I'm having issues with Destiny 2.
While the game loads, e.g. during the sign-in and the characters loading, the CPU spikes from about 10% to 100% until everything is loaded. The same happens when loading to the tower or a destination/activity. When playing regularly the CPU sits at 30-40% usage, so it only happens during loadings.
I don't see this problem in any other game or application, so I have no idea what is causing it.
I have checked with a friend of mine with the same CPU and that doesn't happen in his PC.
Thing that I have tried so far:
- Change power plans in W10.
- Reinstalled Destiny 2.
If any of you have an idea on why this is happening, I would love to hear, because I don't need my CPU to spike to 100% utilization during a few seconds when the game decides to load.
Thanks!

Uhm, I'd check BattlEye (is it allowed to run free, so that the AV doesn't analyze it?), your disk controller (drivers up-to-date?), Windows updates to begin with.
