Hi As far as I know gambit mementos drop randomly from any match you finish whether you win or lose. I’ve already reset my gambit rank once this season and I’ve reset it at least 3 (maybe 4) times this year. I came back from a hiatus on season of the haunted btw. Since then I have not received a single gambit memento. I’m very sure I’m bugged or something since literally every single one of my friends have received at least one memento and they only play for the weekly pinnacle and they don’t even play some weeks. This is quite important to me since I love green and I want to have all of my crafted guns on that green shader. At this point trials mementos are way easier for me to get. This also makes me wonder why can’t gambit mementos have a pity timer or be given on rank reset considering trials gives one each lighthouse and GMs each GM. Please help me.
