Why would it matter if we could have it? The Witness and Pyramids have demonstrably ignored the most concerted and sophisticated effort that Rasputin, fluffed by the efforts of countless Guardians, could put forth. Literally useless. It would almost make more sense for the Witness to [i]help[/i] us rebuild Rasputin so that he could swat him like a fly again right in front of us.
