I bought the photo finish shader a few weeks back when it was available, but when I did my game crashed and something glitches to where I can't even see the Shader in my collections. Like it doesn't exist in my game at all. Doesn't even show up as not being obtained. And I did lose my bright dust from the purchase. So I've submitted tickets about this twice now but keep getting the automated reply saying something along the lines of 'we don't replace items that may have been dismantled accidentally or on purpose' But I didn't dismantle it. And even if I could still dismantle shader, it would still show in my collections. Someone haaaalp!
