Hackers
@bungie y'all need to come up with a way to ban someone from the game as soon as they activate their hack mods in Crucible and Gambit. I'm playing Team Scorched and I got scorch bullets curving around corners. Also people using tracer mods to know where your at and people don't take damage. Fix PVP please

There are no hackers in team scorched on Xbox. It’s what they call a case of “Bad and Lag”

There is a certain assist because of ping. But don't get me wrong there is always a chance of Tomfoolery on PC. Console is more so 3rd party hardware as a problem.
