So I can apply the Leviathan eater of worlds ornament set on the Leviathan eater of worlds gear as you can see in the picture. But it also gives the option to unlock the either voice Leviathan ornaments. But I cannot unlock them for some strange reason. It says universal ornament locked. Is this just a feature that Bungie put in so I can't get the ornaments because it's tied to a specific armor set or is it because my game is glitched?
