I don’t have a cypher in the bank or on a character or any instance of a weekly cypher quest on any character. For instance, I didn’t forget the quest is on my titan and so xur doesn’t offer it to the other two characters. Per the monument pricing, and a visual inspection of my very tidy inventory, I have no exotic cypher already in bag to keep him from offering the quest. It’s been like three months now. What do I have to do to get some help with this? I’m literally missing out on a ton of meta exotics purely because Xur decided at some point I don’t get a quest. It sure would help if bungie had actual GM tickets to investigate the problem but I’d gladly settle for a friendly forum user who knows what I can do to resume collecting exotics I missed when I was away from the game.
