Xur doesn't have the Exotic Cipher quest for me to obtain.
As the title says, I can't grab the quest from Xur.
Currently, I don't have a cipher in my inventory, in my Vault, or in the Post Master.
I've also checked on all of my characters to see if I could pull the quest from the Quest Terminal in the Tower - that holds nothing there for me as well.
Just to be sure, I've also uninstalled/installed the game to see if that would rectify as well for good measure.
It's now been five weeks, and I'm at a loss on why I can't obtain it. He offers it to none of my characters.
I just want to buy Always on Time, pls I just want the quest

Hello, this has recently just happened to me i deleted my character that worked for me ,personally i would recommend the character you don’t use and remember to put your items in that character in your vault. hope this helps

3 RespuestasHey, If Xur does not have the quest for you, then it's likely you've picked up the quest and abandoned it. Unfortunately, the quest is currently not appearing in the Quest Archive, so the only way to complete it once abandoned is with a different character. If you are unable to pick up the quest with any of your characters, then your best option is to wait for Bungie to change the quest so that it can be retrieved from the kiosk.

This happened to me last week. I don't know why considering I haven't done anything different any other week. It's back for me today so I'm guessing you'll have it next week again.
