I can imagine no one, if not a small amount of the player base using the artifact willingly uses the column which provides small amounts of glimmer and planetary materials. With this new artifact, we see new mods that equip to our armor and affect our weapons, why isn't that an option as an entire column? It allows us to stop champions with our exotics and is way more beneficial than killing enemies with a sword to get a chance of glimmer. You should really look into more armor based mods that affect our weapons.
