The OP's main video doesn't really tell enough information to go off. It just provides unfortunate circumstances where a player is outgunned by a sniper at over-extended hand cannon ranges. It doesn't really set the stage on whether the flinch mechanic is flawed or not. It could be assumed to be flawed due to the players quick deaths, but we can't tell if it is due to internal mechanics or player correction. The second linked video (A brief ~4 minute video by [i]CoolGuy[/i]) provides visuals from the 'snipers' perspective to illustrate the topic of contention.
