Lol[/quote] Who grinds for them,I just play and I get bounties for them,I do the bounties by accident.I dismantle gear and get them and I seem to stay at 100 cores.I have no need in masterworking armor and only masterwork a select few guns that I like,and sometimes I have fully master worked guns drop.As far as infusion goes,you will get 650 drops if you contuine doing Milestones,and if you have perks on a certain type of armor and can't live without it just wait until the same time drops at max light and it only cost glimmer.

I suppose nobody directly grinds for them and I do always have plenty for infusions. I like masterworking my gear, its become a habit since it was introduced. I assume most people who are happy with infusions also don't master work much.

I accumulate shards and wait for simulation seeds to be available for shard exchange at Spider. Then I do "farm" for cores, mod components and exotic drops. I have a masterworked armor item for each element for each slot on 3 characters, 3 copies of each exotic weapon I regularly use - all at max level, and about 15 masterworked legendary weapons (many of them black armory) besides, yet I still have close to 200 cores in my mats. My point is, if you want cores, it's not hard to work out how to get them. Many of the players posting here have chosen a different path: bitch and complain until they are given everything for free. There is no satisfaction in this path, no sense of accomplishment, and if they are granted their wishes this game will slowly die.

I have lots of cores and use the same methods (Not as many as you). It's not the end of the world if they dont change it they way I like, but It still wasting my time using farming methods when I could be actually playing the games content. I understand the point you are making and yes I will still go out of my way to farm them since I enjoy this game enough. Thanks for the input!
