Handcannon buff.

I find it extremely hilarious how 2 overpower weapons causes a whole archtype of weapons to be nerfed beyond competitive. Talking handcannons, these things to have decreased "bloom" and increased stagger. Handcannons are meant to be precision wrapons that reward a calm hand, but in this meta today, even the most calm hand gets trumped by pulse and scouts, both of which experience little to no "bloom" effect and stagger super hard. I can understand that people can use hcs and be successful, especially with hawkmoon and eyasluna. But they are not as competitive as bad juju, red death and hawksaw. I truely believe the following: autos dominate at close range, scouts at long range, hcs and pulses should fight for mid range dominance. If I have a hc, I shouldnt have to struggle to get a hit while my sights are on you, meanwhile all you have to do is burst 2 to 3 times to drop me. I understand hcs had their time, but the doesnt mean they need to lose to everything. If not a buff, then can we agree to nerf pulses? They too stronk.
